I think the jet lag is starting to set in a bit. Viktoria slept until 9:00 today. She tried french toast for the first time and we found out she really likes blueberries!
She ate almost an entire carton. We went to the store to buy more and she requested them with dinner also. I'm proud of her for trying most anything we set before her.

She is such a little helper too! I was doing some cleaning this morning and she asked me how she could help. She wanted to vacuum...imagine that!! She did a great job too. And, she also told me she likes to cook. So, she helped with dinner. I let her do pretty much everything as I walked her through it step by step.
She and Mike went to Birkdale Village today. They started at Barnes and Noble, where Mike found out she loves books with different textures (to touch). He said they looked through 50 books (??) and listened to music. Viktoria also told me she liked the Jewel Box.. .. a store I also enjoy very much.
We had another great day at the pool. Tracey got her some swim goggles and it intensified her desire to be in the pool! She also now has a couple of swimsuits that actually fit her tiny little body (THANK YOU, Tracey!) We were told before she got here that she was a size 10 slim, but actually she is smaller than that. Her swinsuits ended up being a size 7/8! She's such a petite little thing.
We ended the night watching "Alvin and the Chipmunks, the Squeakquel", that our friends Mike and Chrissy Schell loaned us (Thanks Mike and Chrissy). She loved it.
Tomorrow we are going to the mountains for the day with Mike's family. She will meet our 4 nieces for the first time. I'm anxious to see how they interact.
